Application Developer

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.
2. Design, query, and optimize databases using MongoDB and relational SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server).
3. Build and maintain responsive web front-end applications using Angular.
4. Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS.
5. Integrate applications with internal systems and third-party APIs.
6. Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning on existing applications in production.
7. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation and deployment notes.
8. Support deployment activities and coordinate with the network/infrastructure team on server, connectivity, and access requirements.
9. Participate in requirement gathering with internal users and translate business needs into technical solutions.
10. Provide handover-quality code: version-controlled (Git), readable, and explainable

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Informatics Engineering. Information Systems. Computer Science. or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Application Developer or Full Stack Developer.
• Have knowledge about MongoDb. Node.js. Flutter. Angular. Mikrotik. Linux. SQL Server. MySQL
• Ability to read. debug. and explain their own code without AI assistance
• Basic MikroTik / RouterOS knowledge (routing. firewall. NAT. VPN)
• Familiarity with Linux server environments and basic deployment 11.Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Effective use of AI coding tools (e.g. Claude) as a productivity aid. with full understanding of the output produced
• Implement authentication. authorization. and role-based access control in line with company IT security policy
