Job Description

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define performance metrics
  • Configure test environments to mimic production setups, and ensure that all necessary hardware, software, and network configurations are in place
  • Conduct performance tests such as load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, and spike testing
  • Use various automated / manual tools to simulate user activity and load
  • Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and issues
  • Compare actual performance against expected benchmarks
  • Document test findings and create detailed performance reports
  • Provide insights and recommendations for performance improvements
  • Communicate results to development teams and stakeholders
  • Investigate, identify and report bugs discovered in our flows
  • Conduct ad-hoc tests or other tasks related to team goal

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in IT, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • Proficient in English to facilitate cross-border communications and collaborations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, familiarity with SQL is a plus
  • Good analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity and changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ownership and team spirit
  • Full-time interns preferred
