We are looking for an Assistant Pharmacist (Apoteker Pendamping) to support the Responsible Pharmacist (Apoteker Penanggung Jawab) in ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy. This role plays an important part in delivering safe, high-quality, and patient-centered pharmaceutical services while supporting compliance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations and operational standards.
Job Description
- Support the Responsible Pharmacist (APJ) in managing daily pharmacy operations and ensuring compliance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
- Assist in medication dispensing, compounding, and delivery processes with accuracy and attention to patient safety.
- Provide professional, friendly, and patient-centered medication counseling and drug information under the supervision of the APJ.
- Support the management of medicine inventory, including stock monitoring, expiration date checks, proper storage, and inventory turnover.
- Ensure that pharmacy facilities, products, and services are maintained in accordance with Good Pharmacy Practice (CPPB/GPP) principles.
- Assist in maintaining accurate pharmacy records, documentation, and operational reports.
- Support the implementation of pharmacy procedures, quality standards, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with pharmacy personnel and other store team members to ensure efficient and high-quality customer service.
- Participate in training, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives related to pharmacy operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Professional Degree in Pharmacy (Apothecary/Pharmacist).
- Minimum cumulative GPA (GPA) of 2.75 on a 4.00 scale.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in retail pharmacy, community pharmacy, or clinical pharmacy settings will be considered an advantage.
- Must possess a valid Professional Pharmacist Certificate.
- Must hold an active STRA (Pharmacist Registration Certificate) and Pharmacist Competency Certificate.
- Must have sufficient Professional Credit Units (SKP) with a Fulfilled status on the SATUSEHAT SDMK portal managed by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
- Willing to obtain a SIPA (Pharmacist Practice License) for the assigned work location, if required.
- Strong understanding of Good Pharmacy Practice (CPPB/GPP) principles and applicable regulations issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) and the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering patient-centered pharmaceutical services.
- Additional pharmacy-related training certificates will be considered an advantage.
- Willing to be assigned to any location based on the company's operational requirements.
- Willing to work full-time on a 6-day workweek with a rotating shift schedule.
