About the Role
- Oversee payment execution, cash transfers, and treasury transactions.
- Ensure proper authorization and control procedures for payments.
- Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and financial partners.
- Oversee bank account structures, payment platforms, and banking facilities.
- Negotiate bank services, fees, credit lines, and loan facilities.
- Ensure compliance with bank covenants and financing agreements.
- Manage daily cash position and liquidity planning across all bank accounts.
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure sufficient liquidity for operational expenses, expansion, and capital commitments.
- Optimize working capital and reduce idle cash balances.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 6–10 years of experience in treasury, Finance Operation, or cash management
- Experience in startup, real estate, hospitality, or multi-entity businesses is a plus
- Strong cash flow modeling and AP Operation
- Experience with ERP/Finance systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
