About This Position

Join Henkel's Digital Transformation and Sustainability journey as an AO Chainger management trainee. This 18-month fast-track program rotates you through three 6‑month phases across operations and supply chain at Henkel Adhesive Technologies, including hands-on responsibilities and projects in production plants. You'll gain exposure to digital business, procurement, sales and other cross-functional areas while working closely with colleagues across the region.

The program offers tailored training, a personal development plan, mentor support, visibility with senior leaders, and networking with global trainees. You will receive a permanent contract, competitive salary and—subject to performance—a guaranteed placement in a responsible operations or supply chain role at a regional location on program completion, positioning you for accelerated leadership opportunities.

Your Role:

  • Participate in Henkel's digital transformation and support our sustainability agenda, collaborating closely with colleagues across the APAC region.
  • Enrol in an 18‑month fast‑track management trainee program designed to accelerate your development into future leadership roles.
  • Complete three 6‑month rotations with hands‑on responsibilities and projects in production plants to gain deep operational and supply‑chain experience.
  • Rotate through related functions—including digital business, procurement and sales—to build a broad, cross‑functional understanding of the organization.
  • Work on cross‑functional initiatives and contribute to real business improvements throughout the program.
  • Receive individual training, a tailored development plan, mentor support, high visibility with senior leaders, and networking opportunities with global trainees.
  • Join on a permanent contract with a competitive salary; successful completion and performance will secure placement in a responsible operations or supply‑chain role at a regional location, opening diverse career paths.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, with successful academic record
  • Up to 2 years of work experience, ideally within a multinational environment
  • Has experience using PLC/ automation system is highly preferred
  • Eager to learn, with interest in new technologies, digitization and data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Great aptitude for continuous learning and self-development
  • Geographic mobility Willingness and drive to become a future leader
