What You'll Do

  • Perform end-to-end transaction monitoring, reviewing alerts, investigating anomalies, and escalating suspicious activity.
  • Develop and refine AML monitoring rules and detection scenarios to enhance system accuracy.
  • Conduct in-depth SQL-based transaction data analysis to identify red flags and financial crime patterns.
  • Prepare and submit STR and other mandatory reports in compliance with Bank Indonesia and PPATK guidelines.
  • Support and strengthen CDD/EDD processes, including customer risk assessments and periodic reviews.
  • Stay current on AML typologies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Maintain and develop procedures, documentation, and training materials related to AML compliance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Data, and Legal teams to embed AML controls in business processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 35 years of experience in AML, compliance, financial crime investigations, or fraud monitoring.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of AML regulatory requirements, including BI, OJK, and PPATK obligations.
  • Proficiency in advanced SQL, data analytics, and data management to support transaction analysis and rule tuning.
  • Ability to perform detailed transaction reviews, anomaly detection, and pattern interpretation.
  • Experience supporting CDD/EDD, KYC processes, and customer risk assessments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, including the ability to prepare clear compliance reports.
  • Familiarity with monitoring systems, risk scoring models, and AML tools is an advantage.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
