Responsibilities

• Develop and own enterprise fraud risk strategy across the customer lifecycle.
• Design, optimize and monitor fraud rules for onboarding, lending, account takeover and transaction activities.
• Develop fraud risk appetite, policies and control framework.
• Analyze fraud trends and continuously enhance prevention strategies.
• Design champion-challenger and A/B testing for fraud rules.
• Evaluate new fraud technologies, alternative data and behavioral analytics.
• Define fraud dashboards, early warning indicators and KPIs.
• Partner with Fraud Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, Compliance and Business.
• Independently review fraud rule effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in Fraud Strategy, Fraud Analytics or Fraud Risk Management.
• Experience designing fraud prevention strategies in digital banking, fintech, lending or payments.
• Strong understanding of device intelligence, behavioral analytics and transaction monitoring.
• Strong SQL; Python is a plus.
• Experience with fraud rule engines and performance analytics.
• Ability to balance fraud prevention, customer experience and business growth.
