About the Role

This role will be responsible for a timely and quality delivery of analytical solutions through impactful insights and predictive algorithms that support business decision making; create and share insights with internal and external parties that add value to the customers and to the organization; coordinate with various teams and the stakeholders to maximize the benefits and impact of Analytics use cases within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Exploration & Preparation

  • Clean, transform, and validate datasets from multiple sources.
  • Develop repeatable data pipelines (SQL, Python/R) for analysis and reporting.

Analytics & Insights

  • Perform descriptive and diagnostic analytics (e.g., trends, cohorts, segmentation).
  • Build and maintain KPI frameworks and performance dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Conduct ad-hoc deep dives to answer business questions and propose actions.

Business Partnering

  • Translate business problems into analytical approaches and metrics.
  • Present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Documentation

  • Maintain clear documentation of datasets, metrics definitions, dashboards, and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Min. 5 years of working experience

Technical Proficiency:

  • SQL: Write clean queries (joins, CTEs, window functions), optimize for performance.
  • Excel: Advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups; comfortable with data wrangling.
  • Programming: Python or R for data manipulation (Pandas/dplyr), basic visualization.
  • Visualization: Experience with Power BI or Tableau (data modeling, DAX/calc fields).

Statistics:

  • Solid grasp of descriptive statistics, sampling, hypothesis testing, correlation/regression.

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, clear communication, stakeholder collaboration.

Data Literacy:

  • Understanding of databases, data structures, and basic data governance/privacy.

Preferred Requirerments (Nice to Have):

  • Experience building Power BI semantic models.
  • Python stack: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn, scikit-learn (basic).
  • Cloud data platforms (Azure Databricks).
  • Domain experience (Agency Business Model).
  • Storytelling and data presentation skills; ability to tailor narratives to executives.
