The Analytical Development Supervisor is responsible for leading analytical method development, validation, verification, and method transfer activities for pharmaceutical and veterinary products. This role oversees stability studies, analytical data evaluation, regulatory documentation support, and team management to ensure high-quality analytical development processes and compliance with applicable standards.
Job Description
- Lead and supervise analytical development activities within the R&D department.
- Develop, validate, verify, and transfer analytical methods for raw materials and finished products.
- Manage stability testing programs and evaluate analytical data.
- Operate and oversee analytical instruments, including HPLC, UPLC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, and GC.
- Review analytical results and perform statistical analysis to support product development.
- Provide analytical documentation support for product registration and regulatory submissions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts to achieve departmental objectives.
- Drive problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement in analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or Veterinary Analytical R&D.
- Proven experience in analytical method development, validation, and verification.
- Strong knowledge of HPLC/UPLC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometry, GC, statistical analysis, and data evaluation.
- Experience handling pharmaceutical, veterinary, or nutraceutical products is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and organizational abilities.
