Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions
- Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to grow the client's portfolio
- Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Analyze client financial data and market trends to provide insightful recommendations and financial planning advice
- Actively participate in client events and networking activities to expand the client base
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios
- Proficient in the use of relevant financial software and tools
