Our internship program offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, and corporate finance.
As an Analyst Trainee, you will gain practical exposure to live projects, sharpen your technical and analytical skills, and experience the dynamic working environment of a boutique advisory firm. This role is open to students and fresh graduates from all disciplines who have a genuine interest in corporate finance and are committed to putting in the effort required to excel. While completion of the program does not guarantee a full-time offer, outstanding performance may position you strongly for future opportunities within the firm.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Conducting financial statement reviews and basic analysis;
- Performing market, macroeconomic, industry, and capital market research;
- Supporting valuation and due diligence processes;
- Assisting in the review of accounting standards (PSAK) and commercial contracts related to M&A;
- Preparing materials for client meetings and internal discussions;
- Engaging in quantitative analysis and number-crunching work to support deal execution;
- Providing support on fundraising, M&A, divestment, and restructuring projects as required.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate student from any major with a strong interest in corporate finance and a clear motivation to pursue a career in this field;
- Show the ability and determination to independently build the financial knowledge required for the role;
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.20/4.00;
- Demonstrate professional proficiency in English;
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn;
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and ability to work in teams;
- Be available on a full-time basis for 13 months, with possibility of extension.
