Job Purpose
To protect company network, IT systems, and Industrial Control System from cyber-attacks, to manage day to day IT security operation, to create and maintain cybersecurity and industrial control system security policies and practices, and to serve as Subject Matter Expert on Industrial Control System information security-related projects and initiatives assigned.
Role and Responsibilities
- To conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration test IT & OT system.
- To assess security controls and evaluate the security posture of organizational internal controls for IT & OT system
- To provide IT security consultancy to various users and projects especially related to IT system & industrial control system.
- To research security trends, new methods, and techniques to eliminate the possibility of system breaches.
Job Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with strong focus on penetration testing and control systems security.
- OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
- Hands-on experience with ICS/OT environments and security practices, including PLC, DCS, SIS, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
