Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fulfillment of TR/TPC/Retail programs (acquisition, portfolio, CASA, FD, digital payment)
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant fulfillment processes
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
