Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the Treasures Banking portfolio within the Consumer Banking Group, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, increase client acquisition, and enhance the overall performance of the Treasures Banking segment
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, client events, and other initiatives to promote the Treasures Banking brand
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of relationship managers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a strong track record of success in a client-facing or relationship management role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling, with the ability to interpret complex information and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions
  • Excellent customer service orientation, with a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to deliver tailored solutions
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing and business development strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
