What will be your mission
Our team is responsible for structuring, building, and delivering high-impact data projects for SeaMoney payment processing and wallet products in Brazil. We operate in a dynamic environment with ample opportunities to enhance our product offerings.
What will your day-to-day be like
- Conduct detailed data analysis, identify business challenges and opportunities, develop hypotheses, provide insights, and draw conclusions regarding payment processing and wallet products
- Deep dive into data analysis to support new features
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to showcase key metrics
- Automate and optimize data solutions, design pipelines, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- A/B testing for projects related to payment processing and wallet products
- Present data-driven insights to stakeholders and senior management
- Contribute to the delivery of strategic and tactical initiatives aimed at driving business growth and reducing costs
- Engage with cross-functional teams across different regions, particularly with the SeaMoney team in Singapore.
Requirements:
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, mathematics, or related fields
- Experience with data analysis in the context of payment processing and wallet products is advantageous
- Proficiency in SQL and Python is essential. Knowledge of Pyspark, R, or other relevant languages is a plus
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes, pipeline creation, big data ecosystem (Hive, Spark), data warehousing, and data preparation
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory
- Experience in e-commerce or payment processing is a plus.
