Job Description
- Perform as 1st-responder to inquiries from Regulator or Authorities and deliver within deadline.
- Handle any periodic or ad-hod reporting to both external and internal stakeholder including maintaining internal dashboard for ongoing monitoring.
- Conduct Transaction Monitoring and create STR in goAML.
- Establish and ensure company-wide training and awareness on AML & ABC matters to strengthen company compliance and risk culture.
- Coordinate with various stakeholder for any breach / incident.
- Perform other AML ABC ad-hoc related task including project related.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in any major with minimum 3 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets), preferably in Compliance or Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
- AML Knowledge: Familiar with AML regulations, reporting, training, and practices within insurance or other financial institutions.
- Compliance & Risk Awareness: Understanding of Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) concepts, with strong awareness of Risk & Control principles.
- Business Understanding: Knowledge of life insurance business processes and products is an advantage.
- Communication & Technical Skills: Proficient in English (spoken and written), with good presentation skills and strong computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines, capable of working independently while remaining a collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
