Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and techniques to address complex challenges in chatbot and in-house agent services, including natural language processing, time series prediction, optimal control, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to integrate machine learning solutions into the platform.
  • Investigate and pioneer the advances in deep learning to drive innovation and develop state-of-the-art algorithms and models


  • Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of various machine learning algorithms, especially for natural language processing, pre-trained model and large language model.
  • Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python and expertise in data manipulation and analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
