Job Description:

Responsible for managing the third-party logistics (3PL) partner relationships including the onboarding process and ongoing account management
Responsible for managing relationships with 3PL after acquisition including supporting the onboarding and incubation process for these
Provide insights from 3PLs perspective, including understanding products, market, and competitor dynamics
Daily meeting (Hypercare) with vendors to monitor Journey of Air and Sea Freight
Monthly meeting with vendor Air and Sea to review the performance of vendor
Coordinating with vendor management, control tower, and middle mile operation from all regions.

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years experience in Express / Logistics company/ Supply Chain Management as Business Intelligence / Performance Management / Control Tower/
Hard Skills: Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc), SQL, Python, Visual Basic, Power BI is a plus
Good data analytical skills and problem-solving
Understand end-to-end operation transport delivery
Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers
