AIoT Sales Support Assistant Intern

We're Looking for an AIoT Sales Support Assistant Intern!

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain daily sales orders across all sales channels to ensure data accuracy and timely processing.
• Coordinate product allocation and communicate with each sales channel to support Sell-In activities.
• Process and follow up on daily orders across all channels to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Manage, monitor, and track demo unit inventory, including allocation and usage.
• Monitor and follow up on monthly memo programs and claims until the process is fully completed.
• Assist with import documentation and coordinate with the Warehouse (WH) team to ensure smooth and timely product arrivals.
• Assist with product certification applications and ensure all required documents are completed before products enter production and are launched to the market.

Requirements:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate
• Fluent in English is a MUST
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Excel
