AIOps Lead

Role Description The AIOps Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of AIOps solutions to enhance monitoring, incident detection, and automated remediation across diverse client environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams to define AIOps use cases, integrating data from multiple systems, and building models to improve system reliability and performance. The AIOps Lead will guide incident management workflows, establish best practices for observability and root-cause analysis, and ensure that AI-driven insights are actionable and aligned with business objectives. This role also involves mentoring team members, engaging with clients on technical strategy, and contributing to the roadmap for scalable AIOps capabilities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong background in IT operations, site reliability engineering, or DevOps, with experience leading complex, production-grade environments.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Splunk, Datadog, or similar platforms).
• Knowledge of AIOps concepts, including anomaly detection, event correlation, predictive analytics, and automated incident remediation.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Shell, or similar languages) for automation, integration, and data processing.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Ability to translate operational and business requirements into technical AIOps solutions and process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and derive meaningful insights.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring technical teams, setting priorities, and driving execution in a fast-paced environment.
