About the Role

Understand a complex product, then explain it to the person who decides whether to buy it.

This is technical storytelling, not video editing. The hard part is not the software. It is reading something complex, working out which part matters to a specific person, and communicating it accurately without overstating it.

What you will do

• Produce short AI-generated videos explaining our product and the problems it solves
• Decide what matters to a specific audience, and what to leave out
• Write scripts that are accurate about what the product does and does not do
• Build and maintain the AI avatar, voice, and editing workflow
• Iterate quickly: draft, take feedback, revise, ship
• Record your process, tools, and costs so the work is repeatable
• Work with the commercial team so the videos support real sales conversations

What we are looking for

Previous professional experience is not required, and it is fine if you are still studying. We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong practical ability with AI video tools: avatar, voice, script, edit
• Can read something complex and identify what actually matters in it
• Understands and writes & speaks English
• Does not overstate what a product can do, even when the bigger claim would sound better
• Learns fast, from documentation and from feedback
• Works from a brief rather than waiting for daily instructions
• Iterates rather than defending a first draft
• Uses AI tools critically and reviews their output rather than shipping it

We care much more about what you can make and how you think than about the prestige of your CV.

How to Apply

Send your CV and links or portfolio of your work. Small, unfinished, university, and personal projects all count. The quality of the work matters more than the prestige of your CV.

Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical test: a thirty-second video in English, made from a fictional brief, plus a short written report on how you made it. We pay IDR 300,000 for completing the test, whether or not you go further.

Nothing we send you is confidential and no NDA is required at any stage. Your submission and your avatar are for private evaluation only. We will not publish them, reuse them, or use them to train anything, and we will delete them on request.
