Identify and prioritize process improvement and optimization opportunities across departments.
Redesign workflows and propose AI-enabled solutions in collaboration with business teams and AI engineers.
Lead pilots and ensure practical adoption of AI initiatives with measurable ROI.
Track impact, document learnings, and report progress to senior management.
Champion an AI-first culture by coaching teams to think, design, and operate with AI as part of daily workflows.

Requirements:

2-5 years experience in business process improvement, transformation consulting, operations, or strategy.
Strong analytical, problemsolving, and stakeholdermanagement skills, with experience in business process modelling considered a strong plus.
Selfdriven curiosity and handson exposure to GenAI/automation/data tools, complemented by a solid application logic.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver tangible impact.
Curious, hands-on, and pragmatic with ability to move between high-level strategy and on-the-ground execution.
