The Role
As the AI Lead, you will act as the design authority for enterprise AI architecture and lead the development of scalable, agentic AI solutions across a complex, distributed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the AI architecture, roadmap, and multi-agent system design across the organisation
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions, proactively identifying opportunities to optimise or rethink existing processes
- Act as a bridge between AI strategy and engineering execution, raising the technical bar across teams
- Lead and guide cross-functional development pods, embedding best practices in agentic AI development
Ideal Candidate:
- Cloud experience (Azure preferred, though not mandatory)
- Modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React) within a broader full-stack ecosystem
- Exposure to multi-model / multi-agent orchestration platforms
- Proven experience in AI architecture, machine learning systems, or advanced automation platforms
- Strong understanding of agentic AI / multi-agent systems or adjacent emerging paradigms
