BP Consulting Group is looking for an AI Specialist to bridge business strategy and Artificial Intelligence implementation across consulting projects and internal transformation initiatives.
We are seeking professionals with strong consulting experience, strategic thinking capabilities, and deep curiosity toward emerging AI technologies. This role requires someone who not only understands how AI works, but also knows how to apply it effectively to solve real business challenges and create measurable impact.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify business challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions
- Support strategic management and business planning initiatives through AI and data-driven insights
- Design and implement AI workflows, automation systems, and operational improvements
- Develop AI-powered tools, assistants, dashboards, and knowledge systems
- Conduct business analysis, research, and strategic recommendations for clients
- Explore emerging AI technologies and identify relevant business applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across consulting and operations
- Present insights, recommendations, and solutions to stakeholders and management
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 years of experience in the Consulting Industry
- Experience handling Strategic Management, Business Planning, or Transformation projects
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capability
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and AI ecosystems
- Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and automation platforms
- Ability to connect business needs with practical and scalable AI solutions
- Creative yet structured thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance consulting environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital transformation or operational excellence projects
- Familiar with automation tools such as Zapier or Make
- Basic understanding of APIs, data analytics, Python, or system integration
- Experience building AI assistants, workflows, or automation systems is a plus
