Position: AI Prompt Engineer

Project Duration: 3 months

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and optimize prompts for Generative AI applications to support product development and business operations as per project needs.
Create and maintain reusable prompt templates, system instructions, guardrails, and structured output formats to ensure consistency and scalability.
Prepare test datasets and evaluate prompt performance based on accuracy, consistency, relevance, safety, and efficiency.
Document prompt versions, experiment results, improvement recommendations, and user guidelines for internal project teams.
Refine prompts based on user feedback, model updates, and evolving business needs.

Syarat Pekerjaan

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Prompt Engineering, Generative AI solutions, or related AI projects.
Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt design, structured prompting, output evaluation, documentation, and basic data analysis.
Experience working with Generative AI platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or similar technologies is an advantage.
Portfolio showcasing Prompt Engineering or Generative AI projects is required.
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
