About the Role:
We are looking for an Associate/ Senior Associate to support product development and cross-functional project execution for R&D group. This role works closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable development tasks, support product adoption, and generate insights from R&D performance data.
Job Description:
- Product development: Understand product requirements from business and R&D stakeholders. Translate the needs into clear development requirements, leverage AI and work closely with developers to support feature development and optimisation of our management platform
- Product support: Collect user feedback and help address product questions, issues, and bugs.
- Performance analysis: Collect and analyse R&D teams key performance data. Summarise findings to support leadership decisions.
- Project management: Support project planning, milestone tracking, and documentation. Assist in improving project management processes, reporting, and communication efficiency. Prepare regular updates and reports for internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Data, or related fields A master degree is advantageous but not required
- Experience working with engineering or product teams is a plus
- Basic understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile ways of working
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
- High attention to detail strong sense of responsibility and follow-through adaptive and comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
