What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards
- Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential harm
- Identify content that is misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with established guidelines
- Write structured, well-reasoned feedback on policy-related issues
- Work across a wide range of topics and content types, keeping the work varied and engaging
- Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced, complex content objectively
- Genuinely interested in ethics, fairness, policy, or responsible technology
- A clear and articulate writer who can communicate reasoning effectively
- Detail-oriented and consistent — you follow guidelines and maintain quality at scale
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- No prior AI, policy, or compliance experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in ethics, law, journalism, social science, or public policy
- Experience evaluating content for quality, accuracy, or compliance
- Familiarity with AI tools or content moderation workflows
- Exposure to diversity, equity, and inclusion concepts or bias-related topics
