S-Quantum Engine is the AI delivery unit serving Indonesia's biggest corporations — helping them move from AI ambition to working systems in weeks, not quarters.
We're hiring AI Product Builders — people who can sit with a client, understand their real problem, and build a working solution with Claude Code. Our engineering team prepares the platform, owns production handoffs, and lets you focus on the problem.
Our partnerships with Anthropic, NVIDIA, and Apple give us the tooling and credentials to operate at the frontier.
You're a product builder working alongside the client — half discovery expert, half AI-assisted builder.
You won't start from scratch. Our engineering team prepares the infrastructure, design system, and reusable components before each engagement. You assemble, customize, and extend them — writing most of the code yourself with Claude Code — to solve the client's specific problem.
In a typical engagement, you'll:
- Evaluate the client team's workflow in detail — what they actually do, where the friction is, what good looks like
- Plan and build a working prototype in the sandbox using our component library and Claude Code
- Formulate daily iteration cycles with the client team until the prototype solves the real problem
- Control quality at production handoff — partnering with engineering to review, harden, and ship to the client's live environment
- Evaluate deployment outcomes to ensure the system delivers what the prototype promised
- Recommend next steps and move to the next client when the system is live and adopted
How you'll ramp: You'll start by joining an active engagement alongside a senior builder to learn The SQE Method. Once you've shipped 1–2 systems with support, you'll lead your own engagements.
What We're Looking For
- Product instinct — you frame problems before solving them, ask sharp questions, and care deeply about what the user actually does day-to-day
- Discovery skill — you can walk into a workflow you've never seen and map it in days, identifying the real problem behind the stated one
- AI-assisted building, responsibly — you've used Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to build real things. You can read code, debug with AI help, and ship code you'd be comfortable handing to an engineer for review. You know the difference between code that works in demo and code that's ready for someone else to ship
- Industry fluency — comfortable picking up new domains (financial services, banking, multifinance, capital markets, mining, HR) quickly
- Stakeholder range — you can earn a C-level's trust through substance, then sit with their analysts to understand the actual workflow
- Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia

- You vibe-code without understanding what you're shipping
- You're uncomfortable in client-facing conversations
- You need a polished spec before you can start
