What You Will Experience:

• Lead end-to-end AI initiatives from ideation, development, vendor evaluation, implementation, and production deployment.
• Drive Generative AI / LLM-based solutions, including RAG architecture, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted business use cases.
• Evaluate and validate technical methodologies, statistical models, and algorithms proposed by external vendors and partners.
• Translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable business recommendations for senior leadership.
• Establish best practices for AI modeling, testing, deployment, governance, and ethical AI adoption.
• Manage cross functional stakeholders and project timelines to ensure high impact business outcomes.
• Serve as the key liaison between vendors, internal stakeholders, and Head Quarter on AI related initiatives.

What is Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other quantitative fields.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or highly quantitative roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python or R and SQL.
• Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Practical exposure to Generative AI / LLM projects, including: Prompt Engineering, LLM APIs, RAG Architecture, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently, manage changing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
