Role Description The AI Full Stack Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that integrate AI-driven features to support clinical and operational workflows. The developer will work across the full stack, building robust back-end services and intuitive front-end interfaces, while ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product, medical, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, implementing and testing new features, and optimizing existing systems. The role also includes integrating third-party APIs, maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices and architectures.
Qualifications

• Strong back-end skills, including Back-End Web Development and Software Development for building secure, scalable services and APIs.
• Front-end capabilities in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience in Full-Stack Development, with the ability to work across client and server layers and integrate AI or machine learning components.
• Proficiency in common web technologies and languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular; server-side platforms such as Node.js, Python, or similar).
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), version control (Git), and RESTful or GraphQL API design.
• Understanding of basic AI/ML concepts, libraries, or services (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or cloud AI platforms) and willingness to deepen expertise.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and document solutions thoroughly.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or clinic management systems is a plus, as is prior work in a fast-growing or startup environment.
