What You'll Be Doing:

This is a full-time, on-site AI Engineer Graduate Trainee Programme based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The trainee will work with senior engineers to design, build, and test AI models that power content, community, and commerce experiences across The Parentinc's platforms.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and preparing datasets, implementing and evaluating machine learning and deep learning models, and supporting natural language processing (NLP) features such as content recommendation and text classification. The role also involves contributing to prototype development, integrating AI models into production software systems under guidance, writing clean and maintainable code, and documenting experiments and results.

Trainees will participate in code reviews, cross-functional collaboration with product and content teams, and structured learning activities, including mentorship, technical training, and project rotations.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines with a focus on product development, technology, or business strategy
• Minimum GPA of 3.50
• Less than 1 year of professional experience (2025 fresh graduates are welcome!).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Foundational understanding and great passion on AI.
• Tenacious, open-minded, and adept at tackling challenges head-on.
• A strong team player with demonstrated leadership and organisational savvy.
• Curiosity about consumer internet products, especially content, community, and e-commerce platforms, and motivation to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
