Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Al development lifecycle: data collection, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP) models.
- Build Al applications and services using tools like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Work closely with data scientists and software developers to integrate Al models into production environments.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and identify opportunities for automation or augmentation.
- Integrate Al models into applications using appropriate APIs, frameworks, and platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest Al/ML research, tools, and trends to ensure the team applies cutting-edge techniques.
- Ensure model explainability, fairness, and compliance with data regulations (Comply with policy and Indonesian law, especially UU ITE).
- Ensure alignment of expectations for the Human Capital system, including but not limited to Al-related components, throughout both development and implementation stages.
Education & Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Data Science.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), generative Al, or reinforcement learning.
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with data annotation tools and synthetic data generation.
- Experience working with datasets and data analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- 3+ years of experience in Al/ML development.
- Proficiency in Python and major Al/ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the Al/ML domain.
