Qualifications
- At least 5 year experience in AI Engineer or Machine Learning
- Can join as soon as possible (ASAP)
- Can work full time onsite in Jakarta
- Can work for Telecommunication and Banking Company
- Minimal education S1
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Proven experience in building intelligent features using LLM, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI orchestration. (WAJIB)
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or similar. (WAJIB)
- Programming skills in Python and FastAPI for backend/API development. (WAJIB)
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLM API integration, LangChain, LangGraph, and Vector Database (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB, etc.). (WAJIB)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
