Help monitor AI conversation performance and analyze user feedback to identify improvement areas.
Support the development and maintenance of industry-specific conversation script databases.
Fresh graduates or university students (Semester 6-8) from Computer Science, Information Systems, Linguistics, Engineering, or related fields that want to learn more about AI
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability.
Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
Interest in AI, conversational design, NLP, or chatbot development.
Able to commit to a full-time internship (minimum 3-6 months)
