We are looking for an experienced AI Business Analyst / AI Consultant with strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Define functional architectures for Generative AI and autonomous agentic solutions.

Translate complex AI concepts into clear business requirements for technical teams and leadership.

Work on multi-agent orchestration, stateful memory management, and advanced RAG architectures.

Drive AI transparency, explainability, auditability, and governance.

Support enterprise AI transformation and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills

Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Azure OpenAI.

Stateful agents and short-/long-term memory management.

RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge graphs.

Understanding of multimodal AI, browser automation, and self-learning concepts.

AI governance, explainability, and technical consulting.

Strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience.

Preferred Experience

Banking and financial services domain.

Exposure to Python, LLM APIs, AI agent implementation, and secure sandbox environments.

Experience Required

Minimum 7 years of overall experience in technical consulting, business analysis, or technology project delivery.

At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, RAG, or Agentic AI.
