Identify AI and automation opportunities, translating business needs into practical use cases and implementation plans.
Design, test, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve AI automation solutions.
Integrate AI tools seamlessly with internal systems, databases, dashboards, and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to define project scopes, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all business segments.
Monitor system performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
Prepare and update technical documentation and training materials, reporting project progress monthly to the Board or appointed members.
Drive user adoption by training staff on implemented AI tools, developing team members skills, and actively sharing knowledge.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, AI Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in AI solutions development and implementation.
Strong technical proficiency in Python, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing (NLP), data processing, software development, and system integration, including SAP and other development related programming.
Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
Willing to be placed in our Head Office in Karawaci, Tangerang
