They are looking for an experienced AI Agent Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, building scalable AI systems, and working with the latest LLM technologies.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents.
- Develop intelligent agent workflows capable of reasoning and executing multi-step tasks.
- Build LLM-powered applications for real-world production environments.
- Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and external services.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Build tool-calling, function-calling, memory systems, and multi-agent architectures.
- Design prompts, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and agent instructions.
- Improve AI reliability, latency, cost optimization, and production monitoring.
- Handle edge cases, uncertainty, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to identify high-impact AI use cases.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI agents, LLM infrastructure, and agent frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience building production AI Agents.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience developing LLM-powered applications.
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar LLM APIs.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with Function Calling / Tool Calling.
- Experience with Embeddings.
- Experience with Context Management.
- Experience building RAG systems.
- Good understanding of Software Engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with testing, debugging, Git, and system design.
- Able to rapidly prototype and deploy production solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional English communication.
- Comfortable working remotely with European teams.
