About The Role

This role is responsible in providing comprehensive administrative and data management support to the Agronomy team, with a primary focus on leaf-related agronomic activities. The role is also responsible for the accurate collection, recording, organization, and timely reporting of agronomy data to support effective monitoring, analysis, and informed decision-making by the Agronomy Manager.

Key Tasks

Administration & Data Management

  • Collect, record, and manage agronomy leaf data, including planting, maintenance, harvesting, and leaf quality information.
  • Input field monitoring and agronomy data into the designated systems or reporting formats.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of agronomy data received from field teams.

Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly agronomy reports as instructed by the Agronomy Manager.
  • Submit summarized data and reports to the Agronomy Manager in a timely manner.
  • Support basic data analysis related to crop performance and leaf quality, when required.

Coordination & Team Support

  • Coordinate with the Agronomy Manager and field agronomy teams to ensure data and reports reflect actual field conditions.
  • Provide administrative support for agronomy activities, including field visit schedules, meetings, and agronomy programs.
  • Act as an administrative liaison between the agronomy team and other related departments, such as Production or Operations.

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain organized filing and archiving of agronomy documents, field inspection reports, and supporting records.
  • Manage agronomy databases to ensure easy access for reference, analysis, and internal audits.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company agronomy data and information.

Additional Duties

  • Perform other administrative or support tasks assigned by the Agronomy Manager to support agronomy operations.
  • Assist in improving agronomy administration and reporting processes for better efficiency and accuracy.

Skills:

  1. Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  3. Good computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Words)
  4. Good understanding of data management and reporting processes.
  5. Experience in project management or administration within the agricultural sector.
  6. Proficiency in Indonesian language and English, both written and verbal.
  7. Willingness to travel domestically as required.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Basic formation: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Agronomy, Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, Business Administration, Computer Technique Information) preferred.
