About The Role

We're looking for proactive individual who will support the Agency Strategy team in gathering insights, preparing strategic presentations, and coordinating data collection from internal stakeholders to enable effective decision-making and execution of agency-related initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in extracting and analyzing performance data from internal systems to support strategic reviews and business planning.
  • Develop and maintain PowerPoint presentations for internal strategy meetings, business reviews, and agency leadership forums.
  • Coordinate with agency, finance, and marketing teams to gather data and inputs for strategic planning, contests, and performance tracking.
  • Support the preparation of monthly dashboards, trackers, and reports for agency distribution performance.
  • Maintain a structured repository of historical data, market insights, and competitor benchmarks.
  • Assist in the execution of sales contests and recognition programs, including tracking performance and preparing communication materials.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for budget monitoring (GOE & VE) and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in life insurance, financial services, or strategic/financial roles (e.g., corporate strategy, business planning, corporate finance, or consulting).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze numerical and financial data, with a strong foundation in interpreting business performance and generating insights.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to structure and deliver clear, concise strategic messages.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, finance, marketing, and senior leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Self-driven and detail-oriented, with a track record of delivering results independently and within tight timelines.
