About the Role
AIA is seeking a proactive and strategic professional Agency Program Management, driving the design, optimization, and execution of transformative agency initiatives. This role plays a critical part in strengthening our distribution capabilities by shaping highimpact programs across recruitment, training, productivity, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic program development, crossfunctional collaboration, and datadriven decisionmaking, with the ability to translate strategy into operational excellence and fieldready implementation.
Key Roles & Responsibility:
Strategic Program Development and Optimization
- Formulate, enhance, and manage agency program strategies (Recruitment, Training, Customer Gathering, MDRT, Repurchase programs, etc) across segments, ensuring alignment with distribution and corporate objectives.
- Develop structured frameworks for program design, pilots, evaluation, and scaleup to improve production, recruitment, and activity quality.
- Leverage data insights, research findings, and historical performance trends to optimize program effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
Project and Change Management
- Lead endtoend execution of agency strategic initiatives, including scope definition, project planning, risk management, and timely delivery.
- Establish governance checkpoints, documentation standards, and operating rhythms to ensure highquality, consistent execution.
- Support transformation initiatives by embedding new processes, tools, and ways of working into the agency field force.
- Work closely with Recruiting, Marketing, Training, and regional leaders to ensure operational readiness and effective implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement and Field Enablement
- Partner with regional leaders, Agency Development, Training, and Marketing to ensure programs are well understood, supported, and effectively executed.
- Translate program strategies into communication materials, playbooks, training content, and field guidelines for practical adoption.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to field leaders by providing insights on adoption challenges, field needs, and onground realities impacting execution.
Performance Management and Continuous Improvement
- Monitor KPIs related to recruitment, customer gathering, productivity, persistency, and customer engagement as part of program evaluation.
- Conduct postimplementation reviews and ROI assessments to ensure programs remain relevant, effective, and scalable.
- Maintain consistency of agency programs across regions, while allowing marketspecific customization where appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Min. 4 years of experience in program management, distribution support, agency development, sales strategy, or related rolespreferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Experience in consulting or project management is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to translate insights into clear presentations, frameworks, and fieldready materials.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and datadriven decisionmaking capabilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions such as Marketing, Training, Recruiting, and regional leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in leading crossfunctional initiatives, managing multiple projects, and driving change within a large organization.
- Ability to work with field teams, understand onground challenges, and convert strategic objectives into actionable, practical programs.
