Job title: Agency Manager (for SUGO App)

Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain relationships with platform agencies to ensure stable operations and business growth.
2. Analyze agency performance and operational data, identify growth opportunities, and drive key initiatives.
3. Provide agency support, training, and guidance on product usage, operations, and platform rules.
4. Help agencies recruit high-quality hosts and build professional host teams.
5. Support agencies in developing sub-agencies and expanding their business.
6. Monitor agencies, hosts, and sub-agencies; identify issues and provide optimization recommendations.
7. Conduct offline agency visits when needed and independently drive projects to completion.

Requirements

1. 1+ year of experience in agency management, BD, or agency sourcing within Indonesia's social app industry.
2. Strong local agency resources and understanding of the Indonesian market and competitive landscape.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
4. Data-driven mindset; proficient in software and AI tools for data analysis and performance tracking.
5. Highly motivated, target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
6. Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Indonesian national; available for full-time, on-site work with fixed office hours.
