Agency Future Me Program Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end execution of Future Me & Switch programs
• Ensure achievement of recruitment targets across both programs
• Oversee structured and high-quality candidate selection and screening
• Lead onboarding, training, and mindset transformation journey for new joiners
• Drive activation, productivity (FYP, case count), and persistency outcomes
• Enable and support leaders in mentoring, coaching, and team development
• Monitor performance through dashboards, reporting, and early intervention
• Ensure alignment between hiring expectations and actual performance outcomes
• Manage incentive, allowance, and funding governance where applicable
• Ensure compliance with program rules, SOP, and risk mitigation frameworks (clawback, quota, EWS)
• Drive multi-channel sourcing strategy (LinkedIn, referrals, digital campaigns, events)
• Continuously improve program effectiveness through data insights and field feedback
• Support scalability and sustainability of recruitment programs

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in financial services, insurance, or agency distribution
• Strong experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency development
• Deep understanding of agency business, agent lifecycle, and field dynamics
