Agency Data Analyst

• Analyze the overall structure, processes, and performance of Agency Business.
• Identify problems within a business including through using data modelling techniques.
• Formulate ways for businesses to improve based on research and analysis.
• Present insights and proposed strategies to internal and external stakeholders, clearly articulating business impact and benefits.
• Oversee and support the implementation of new approaches and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Information Technology, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields.
• 12 years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably within Life Insurance or Financial Services industry.
• Proficient in SQL, Power BI, Tableau.
• Solid understanding of data modelling concepts and business performance analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
