Agency Compensation & System Development Staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields
• Min. 0-2 years working experience in Data, or other related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Good team work and have leadership skills
• Proficient in English
• Able to use Microsoft Excel
• Able to use Microsoft Access is preferred

Job Description:

• Analyze and assess new products or new bonuses scheme that impact on Agency Compensation system
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for agent compensation calculation
• Calculate agent compensation and prepare related reports for the Company
