• Experience with Job Evaluation and Compensation Management processes
• Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing and interpreting compensation data
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with compensation policies, local labor regulations, and market trends in Indonesia
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on-site in South Jakarta
