About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented individual to help grow Kinsure's campus community and student sales network. In this role, you will manage university partnerships, support student representatives, organize engagement and training programs, and drive participation and sales performance across our campus ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with university partners and insurers.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of student agents/representatives.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs related to insurance products and sales skills.
- Monitor and support students sales activities to help them achieve performance targets.
- Develop initiatives to increase student participation, engagement, and conversion into active sellers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of community and agency programs.
- Track community performance, sales results, and engagement metrics, then provide regular reports and recommendations.
- Gather feedback from students and identify opportunities to improve the program.
Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major (Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields are preferred).
- Strong interest in community building, partnership management, sales, and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and facilitating discussions or training sessions.
- Highly organized with strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiar with student organizations, campus communities, or youth organizations.
- Experience in event management, community engagement, partnership, or sales activities is a plus.
