About the Role

Job Description Summary
You will play a pivotal role in strengthening AIA's Agency network. You'll drive sales performance, recruitment excellence, and leadership capability in your assigned region - while ensuring our Agency Ecosystem runs end‑to‑end with consistency and quality. This is a role for someone who loves developing people, leveraging data, influencing leaders, and building high‑performing agency organizations.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver the performance and compliance to quality standards of the assigned region.

  • Provide guidance in resolving the gap and be a thought partner for agents.

  • Daily Monitoring MAPA and drive Agents productivity uplift using MAPA and digital tools adoption.

  • Manage performance of Agency leaders and top performing agents through data analysis across dimensions.

  • Offer business consultation to drive impact and achieve targets.

  • Deliver strategic initiatives execution and implementing it with agents.

  • Plan (e.g., sales builder, follow-up follow-through, DILO/WILO/MILO) and organize recruitment events (e.g., events, promotions) to attract high quality agents.

  • Empower leaders to conduct interviews independently, communicate proposition, meanwhile, proactively attract high quality agents.

  • Ensure 90 days onboarding program run for new Agents.

  • Develop or Transform Leader Mindset to become Agency Builder to unlock their unlimited potential business.

  • Manage Maintenance of Contract (MoC) Agents and Agency Leaders on Monthly basis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from any major.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in agency development, sales management, business development, or related fields.

  • Strong leadership and coaching capability passionate about developing people.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills comfortable acting as a key spokesperson at large events.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Positive, forward-thinking mindset resilient under pressure.

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).

  • Open for multiple locations across Indonesia.
