Role Description The Agency Associate Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, supporting the growth and performance of the local advisory team. This role involves coaching and mentoring advisors, guiding them through AAG's financial planning methodologies, and ensuring high professional and ethical standards. Responsibilities include overseeing sales activities, supporting business development initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to execute agency expansion strategies. The Agency Associate Partner will participate in training programs, monitor performance metrics, and promote best practices to enhance client service quality and advisory outcomes. The role also includes building and maintaining client relationships, supporting customized financial solutions, and reinforcing AAG's culture and values within the agency.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in financial services, including financial planning, wealth management, and insurance advisory, with the ability to guide advisors on suitable client solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including coaching, mentoring, and team development in a target-driven environment.
• Business development and sales management capabilities, with experience in expanding client portfolios and supporting agency growth initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with advisors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills to interpret performance data, identify opportunities, and implement improvement plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications in financial services are an advantage.
• Previous experience in financial advisory, insurance, or related fields, ideally within an agency or distribution environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client-centric service, with willingness to work on-site in Jakarta and participate actively in training and development programs.
