Role Description The Agency Associate Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, supporting the growth and performance of the agency. This position involves leading and mentoring advisors, coordinating training and development initiatives, and guiding teams in delivering comprehensive financial advisory services. The role includes overseeing business development activities, supporting client acquisition strategies, and monitoring sales performance against targets. The Agency Associate Partner collaborates with leadership to implement agency-wide initiatives, maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards, and uphold AAG's service and ethical benchmarks. In addition, the role contributes to building a strong agency culture focused on excellence, client-centricity, and sustainable growth.

• Proficiency in financial advisory concepts, wealth management, and long-term financial planning.
• Business development, sales planning, and relationship management skills to drive agency growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with advisors and clients.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret performance data and implement improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high ethical and compliance standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in financial services are an advantage.
• Previous experience in financial advisory, insurance, banking, or agency management in Indonesia or the region is highly beneficial.
