Job Description
We are expanding our sales team and looking for experienced Real Estate Agents who understand the Bali market and international clients.
This role is for people who know how to work seriously, follow up properly, and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Handle buyer and seller leads
- Conduct property visits and client meetings
- Follow up leads via CRM and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, admin, legal)
- Represent Mata Property professionally at all times
Profile Required
- Experience in real estate in Bali preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English mandatory (other languages a plus)
- Organized, reliable, self-disciplined
- Comfortable working with high-value transactions
